OUR POLICY

Our returns policy is based around our sustainable ethos and the nature of vintage clothing.Therefore we offer returns if items arrive with a fault that was not in the description but not for any other reason.  We have worked hard to make sure our measurements, product descriptions and images are accurate so you know exactly what you’re buying and we ask customers to make sure they’re buying the right size as we don’t offer exchanges for anything other than items that are not as described. By challenging the disposable buying that happens as a product of companies offering free returns both and customers are keeping carbon footprints to a minimum.

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM TO US

If an item arrives in a faulty condition (not as described) and has not been washed or worn and you wish to return it to us please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. To do so please email us at: aurorathehoarder@gmail.com 

In your email please let us know how the item is faulty – please provide a photo of the issue if possible. Let us also know whether you would like an exchange or refund.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve any issues
